Dr. Victor Asare Bampoe is a physician, global health leader and health systems expert with over three decades of experience in clinical practice, health policy and health financing. He has held senior roles with UNAIDS, the Global Fund and Ghana’s Ministry of Health, and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Ghana’s National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA). He contributes to Ghana Health Nest on health financing, universal health coverage, health policy and health systems leadership.
