Healthy food recipe: How to prepare sweet potato salad

1 boiled sweet potato
A handful each of diced carrots, onions, 1/2 a handful each of green peas and sweet corn .
A handful of lettuce
1 tomato


Prep time: 15mins

serving size: 1

1. Steam carrots and onions over hot water for a minute.
2. Shred lettuce unto a serving place.
3. In a mixing bowl, flake the boiled sweet potato, add the steamed vegetables, sweet corn, green peas and salt to taste and mix together.
4. Dish out into shredded lettuce.

Serve with sautéed chicken(recipe in earlier post).

Food sure tastes good, but tastes even better when healthy!!!
